To support the growth of our customer base we are excited to announce that Gavin Bratty has recently joined our support team on a full time basis within the Auckland office. Gavin has recently completed studies in IT and comes with experience from several previous customer service roles. We are excited to welcome Gavin to the team and trust you will enjoy working with him.
Gavin will be the first point of contact for New Zealand customers, receiving support calls and helpdesk requests, taking over Tier 1 support in New Zealand from Sarah. In time, Gavin will also pick up Tier 2 support for all customers once he develops the necessary experience. Gavin’s role is part of some broader roles changes we have recently made within our Applications team. The steady growth of the business and development team has created a need for more business and product management resources. For the last few years Nick has filled the Applications Development Manager and Product Owner roles. Going forward Nick will be focusing on the management of the business and team while Sarah will be picking up the Product Owner role, focusing on the management of the product. As an outcome of the changes we aim to continue providing an excellent level of customer service while improving the quality of the software over time.
