Recently, one of our council clients decided to save a lot of time & frustration with their regular parks and playground audits.
The council has been using an old paper based approach with council officers filling in audit sheets onsite, and then inputting data to a spreadsheet.
The Property Manager’s goal was to eliminate double handling. A second objective was to automatically calculate audit summary results using the SPM Assets software. End of month reports needed to be dynamic, easy to access, and much less dependent on one very busy key person!
To achieve these goals council replicated their audit questions exactly using PQS questions. Council officers can now complete audits on-site quickly using any mobile device. End of month or interim summary reports are generated automatically via report planner.
This is another great example of SPM clients using PQS questions in a super smart way to save time & money.
